This is my third A&B purchase and my favorite of the three. I like them all but this one is a bit more groove oriented and "lighter" in feel than the others. Not as ominous or foreboding and fits my mood as we leave winter behind. Fantastic music and I hope to see the band live at some point. Jeff Jankowski
Very distinctive sound on this outing, courtesy of MIDI orchestration (brass & tubular bells) added during the mixing process. That's in addition to the nearly telepathic improvisations they started with! Mark Sullivan
Another stellar release from this long-lived ensemble. Though the King Crimson influence is obvious & that comparison unavoidable, these guys have made many great recordings that can't be categorized as 'mere copies'. The perfect balance of aggressive riffing and serene soundscapes. Stephen Roberts
The debut LP from the Chicago multidisciplinary artist strikes a bold balance between meticulous structure and improvisation. Bandcamp Album of the Day Mar 10, 2022
In 1981 I was with my father in a Tangerine Dream concert in the Stadthalle Bremen. This piece of music brought both memories of this event and a very fresh note on top. Wonderful music beyond time and technology. erik maronde
